Andrea Blanch, PhD, former state mental health commissioner and director of the CMHS Center on Women, Violence and Trauma, has worked nationally and internationally on confict, violence and trauma, and recovery and empowerment.
Roger Boothroyd, PhD, is an Associate Professor and the Associate Chair in the Department of Mental Health Law and Policy at the Louis de la Part Florida Mental Health Institute, University of South Florida. He provides CCMMH with expertise in measurement, survey design, and research and evaluation methods to the understanding of conflict in systems of care.
Robyn Boustead, MPA, is Project Coordinator for the Division of Children and Families, Missouri Institute of Mental health. Ms. Boustead has considerable expertise in the development of state and local systems of care and in the implementation of conflict management technologies.
Huey Chen, PhD, is an Assistant Professor at the Louis de la Parte Florida Mental Health Institute and a certified mediator with experience in system of care outcome evaluation.
Mary E. Evans, PhD, is Associate Dean for Research and Doctoral Study at the College of Nursing, University of South Florida. She provides CCMMH with expertise in children’s mental health services, research design, and applying research methods to understanding conflict in systems of care.
Judi Higginbotham, RN, is an independent consultant and mediator who developed and implemented a peer mediation program for state hospital patients. She serves as a consultant, trainer and program developer for CCMMH.
Robert Paulson, PhD, MSW, is a research professor at the University of South Florida. He serves as a research scientist for CCMMH with a focus on consumer empowerment and peer-run programs.
John Petrila, JD,LLM, professor in the Department of Law and Policy and a national expert on legal issues in mental health care, provides CCMMH with expertise in mental health and the law.
Sheryl Schrepf, MSW, is the Regional Technical Assistance Coordinator for the federally-funded TAPartnership's Region III, and a certified mediator. She heads the curriculum development and training team for the conflict in systems of care project.
David Shern, Ph.D, former Dean of the Louis de la Parte Florida Mental Health Institute, now President and CEO of the National Mental Health Association, provides CCMMH with national links to policy discussions and practice settings.
Paul Thomlinson, PhD, is Vice President-Research & QA at Burrell Behavioral Health. He brings substantial experience in the application of conflict management, partnering methodologies, and field research methods to systems of care.
